ASUS EEE PC 1001PQD TRENDY NETBOOK FOR KIDS

ASUS has recently released newly mini portable computer, called the Asus Eee PC 1001PQD. New netbook will replace the previous model, the Asus Eee PC 1001PQ.
Unlike its predecessor that is built on Intel Atom N450 processor, the new Asus Eee PC 1001PQD netbook has brings a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N455 processor and support DDR3 memory.
An important feature of the 1001PQD netbook is the presence of Inspirus interface, which created especially for children and contains parental controls. In addition, the ASUS Eee PC 1001PQD is fully customizable with stickers, allowing pre-adolescents to express themselves and their personality.
The ASUS Eee PC 1001PQD netbook is packs 1GB/2GB of DDR3 RAM, 250GB hard drive, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, 0.3 megapixel web camera, card reader (MMC/SD/SDHC), VGA and HDMI input, two USB ports, and a 10.1-inch LED-backlit display with resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels.
New trendy 1001PQD netbook is available in two design options and up to 8 hours of battery life from a 6-cell 48Wh Li-ion battery, while the 3-cell 23Wh for up to 4 hours. Dimensions of ASUS Eee PC 1001PQD are 262mm (W) x 178mm (D) x 25.9~ 36.5mm (H) and weight 1.27kg (with 6cell battery). It is pre-installed with Windows 7 Starter OS.
