Newegg is start selling the Asus entertainment laptop, the Asus N53JF-XE1. The notebook is now available for price of $999.99.
The ASUS N53JF-XE1 notebook is powered by a 2.53GHz Intel Core i5 460M processor, Intel HM55 chipset, nVidia GeForce GT 425M dedicated graphics card with 1GB of DDR3 VRAM, 4GB of DDR3 memory (up to 8GB), and 500GB hard drive with Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium OS pre-loaded.
ASUS N53JF-XE1 notebook sports a 15.6-inch LED-backlit display with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels (1080p), Blu-ray combo, and 5-in-1 media card reader.
There are 2MP webcam, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Ethernet LAN, one USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports, a 6-cell lithium ion battery, an eSATA, HDMI and VGA connector. Dimensions of ASUS N53JF-XE1 notebook are 15.60 x 10.60 x 1.20 – 1.60 inches and weighs 6.40 lbs.
