ASUS U36 LIGHTEST NOTEBOOK

Asus has started selling its 13-inch ultraportable laptop in the US, the Asus U36 (Asus U36JC-A1). It is now available for pre-orders at Excaliber PC and starts price of $969 (original price of $999).
Newly Asus U36 notebook is coming in black color and a magnesium-aluminum alloy cover as well as the lightest notebook with a standard voltage processor.
The Asus U36JC-A1 notebook is boasted by a 2.53GHz Intel Core i5-460M dual-core processor, 4GB of RAM, Nvidia Optimus technology that switchable the GeForce G310M 1GB DDR3 dedicated and Intel GMA HD integrated graphics, and 500GB hard drive (7,200rpm) with Windows 7 Home Premium OS pre-loaded.
New Asus U36 laptop is equipped with a 13.3-inch LED display with 1366×768 resolution, 0.3MP web camera, Chiclet-style keyboard, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Ethernet LAN, Bluetooth V2.1 + EDR, a 5-in-1 media card reader, one USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 connectors, HDMI and VGA video ports.
Battery of Asus U36JC-A1 notebook is an 8-cell battery that enabling up to 10 hours of run time. Dimensions of Asus U36 are 12.9 x 9.28 x 0.76 inches and weight 3.74 lbs.
