Acer is recently preparing its Atom N550-powered netbook, namely the Acer Aspire One D255. The portable mini laptop is the company’s first netbook that be powered by the Atom N550 dual core processor. The Acer Aspire One D255 is based on the Aspire One D260 model that was introduced last month.
Acer Aspire One D255 is packs a 10.1-inch CrystalBrite LED-backlit display with resolution of 1024×600 pixel, Bluetooth, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, and a 6-cell battery. The colorful AO255 is boasts a 1.5GHz Intel Atom N550 processor, 1GB of memory, an Intel GMA 3150 integrated graphics, and up to a 250GB hard drive. Acer has begun shipping its new ultra-thin laptop, namely Acer Aspire One 1551. The first detail is appeared in last month and the notebook used AMD Nile platform.

Acer is starting sale its new netbook in US market, called the Acer Aspire One AO533. The glossy netbook is now available for pre-order at Amazon.
The Acer Aspire One AO533 netbook is boasts either a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N455 or N475 processor, an Intel GMA 3150 integrated graphics, 1GB DDR3 RAM, and a 160GB/250GB hard drive. Acer has presented two new Aspire models as part of the new collection of 2010 that features the latest Intel Core processors.
The two new models of 2010 are codenamed Aspire 5942 and Aspire 8942 and are categorized as “entertainment notebooks”. Acer has announced the 10.1-inch Aspire One 532G, the first netbook with the HD-capable NVIDIA Ion 2 graphics and Optimus technology for GPU switching on-the-fly.
Besides the next-generation NVIDIA ION video chip with 512MB of dedicated memory and the Intel Atom N450 processor with the GMA 3150 integrated graphics, the Acer Aspire One 532G includes 2GB of RAM, a 320GB hard drive, a battery life of “up to 10 hours”, an HDMI port, WiFi, and optional 3G mobile broadband connection.
The netbook provides 720p high-definition video playback on its sceen, as well as 1080p on an external display through the HDMI port.
The 2.2-pound 532G is 1 inch thin and will be available in Sapphire Blue, Ruby Red and Pearl Silver colors.
