The Bangalore-based company, VXL Instruments has officially announced two new virtualisation-ready laptop that collaboration with Lenovo. They are including the VXL TL100 and the VXL TL412. It is designed for integration of thin client notebooks into a wide variety of IT end user environments.The entry-level VXL TL100 packs an 11.6-inch display size and boasts a 1.6GHz AMD Athlon Neo processor. The higher-grade VXL TL412 notebook has a 14.1-inch screen size and powered by a 1.86GHz Intel Celeron Dual-Core processor. Both VXL notebooks are equipped with 1GB of RAM and 1GB flash storage.It is pre-loaded with Microsoft Windows XPe, Windows Embedded (WES) or Linux OS. The VXL TL100 and TL412 will be available in Q4 2010.

The Chinese company, Lenovo recently launches new version of Intel-powered notebook in Taiwan, known as the Lenovo ThinkPad X201i. The new feature of this laptop is support Intel Wireless Display, also known as WiDi. The technology allows users to transfer an image from computer to HDTV via a wireless connection, for receiving signal is requires a special TV console.
The Lenovo ThinkPad X201i notebook is boasts a 12.1-inch display, a 2.26GHz Intel Core i3-350M processor, 2GB of RAM, and 320GB hard drive. The Lenovo ThinkPad X201i is running on Windows 7 Home Basic OS. Its weight is about half kilograms.

Lenovo has introduced its new netbook in Russia, the Lenovo IdeaPad S10-3s. The basic configuration is sports a 10.1-inch display with resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels (optional 1280 x 800 pixels) and boasted by a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 or a 1.83 Intel Atom N470 processor.
The Lenovo’s netbook supports a Dolby Headphone that improve sound quality and DirectShare for rapid synchronization between two computers on a wired or wireless network. There is a traditional IdeaPad series solution, such as VeriFace for authentication system, Lenovo OneKey Rescue System and antivirus software. Finally, Lenovo IdeaPad S10-3s netbook is equipped with Active Protection System for protecting data on hard drive when dropped.
Information on capacity of its HDD and memory is not reported yet. Earlier reports, Lenovo IdeaPad S10-3s has brings up to 320 GB hard drive, 1GB/2GB of RAM, 3G modem, Wi-Fi, and up to 8 hours of battery life.

Lenovo has introduced a couple of its ThinkPad X-series notebook that should be available in Japan mid-August 2010, called the Lenovo ThinkPad X201 and the Lenovo ThinkPad X201i. Both notebooks comes with WiMAX module, a 9-cell battery (up to 12 hours of battery life), and pre-installed with Windows 7 Professional 32bit.
The Lenovo ThinkPad X201 is a high-end laptop with sports Intel AMT (Active Management Technology). Lenovo offering the ThinkPad X201 for price tag 189,000 yen (with Office Home and Business pre-installed) and 169,000 yen (without Office software). Lenovo ThinkPad X201 notebook is boasted by a 2.66GHz Intel Core i7-620M processor, an integrated Intel graphics, 4GB of memory, Intel QM57 Express Chipset, and 500GB hard drive.
The Lenovo ThinkPad X201i is lacks Intel AMT and has price of 169,000 yen with Office application or 149,000 yen without it. The ThinkPad X201i laptop is powered by a 2.40GHz Intel Core i5-450M processor, 2GB RAM, Intel QM57 Express Chipset, and 320GB hard drive.

Lenovo has officially released new ThinkPad series notebooks, called Lenovo ThinkPad Edge 15. They are including Lenovo ThinkPad Edge 03016FJ, Lenovo ThinkPad Edge 03016GJ, Lenovo ThinkPad Edge 03018SJ, and Lenovo ThinkPad Edge 03018UJ.
The high-performance, Lenovo ThinkPad Edge 03018UJ is powered by a 2.26GHz Intel Core i5-430M processor, 4GB of RAM, 320GB, DVD drive, and a multi-format card reader.
Lenovo ThinkPad Edge 03018UJ is equipped with 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi, WiMAX, Bluetooth 2.1, Gigabit Ethernet, a 2MP webcam, three USB 2.0 ports, and eSATA.
Lenovo ThinkPad Edge 15 is packs a 15.6-inch Glossy widescreen display with resolution of 1366×768 pixels, an Intel integrated graphics, D-Sub and HDMI.

Lenovo has just introduced its first multimedia notebook with support for 3D display, namely Lenovo IdeaPad Y560d. The notebook has brings TriDef 3D technology solution that includes a 3D screen, software and glasses.
The Lenovo IdeaPad Y560d is packs a 15.6-inch display with resolution of 1366×768 pixels and require special glasses. IdeaPad Y560d 3D notebook is equipped with a 1.6 GHz to 2.8GHz Intel Core i3, i5 and i7 processor, up to 8GB of memory, up to 750GB hard drive and a 64GB solid state drive, as well as an ATI Radeon HD 5730 discrete graphics accelerator with 1GB of memory.

This multimedia notebook is boasts a 2.13GHz Intel Core i3-330M processor, 4GB of RAM, and 320GB hard drive. Other configuration of Lenovo IdeaPad Y560 is powered by a 2.26GHz Intel Core i5-430M CPU and a 500GB hard drive. High-end model is powered by a 1.6GHz Intel Core i7-720QM processor and 8GB of RAM.
