The Sony VAIO F 3D notebook has brings a 16-inch 3D LED-backlit display with 120Hz refresh rate and Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution, an S-Force Front Surround 3D system, Blu-ray combo drive, and a HDMI output. It is offers one-touch 2D to 3D conversion feature in real time that allows expand your library of 3D content in a snap.
The incoming Sony VAIO F 3D laptop is powered by an Intel Core i7 quad-core processor (Sandy Bridge generation) with Hyperthreading and Intel TurboBoost 2.0 technology, a 7200rpm HDD or SSD, up to 8GB of RAM, and a GeForce GT 540M card with 1GB of dedicated memory. Sony has quietly starts shipping a pair of AMD notebooks, namely Sony VAIO EE25FX/WI and Sony VAIO EF22FX/Bl. Both notebooks are based on AMD Danube mobile platform. As mentions, Sony did not use the AMD chips since 2005, preferring Intel-exclusive chips.
Sony VAIO EE25FX/WI is packs a 15.4-inch display with resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, a 320GB HDD, and a Blu-ray drive.

Sony is starting sale the notebook that designed for professionals, known as Sony VAIO Z Core i5/i7. As mentions, the ‘old’ Sony Vaio Z is packed with Intel Core 2 Duo, while the new one has Intel Core i5 or Core i7 processors.
